Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across industrial, commercial, and institutional accounts.
Identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities aligned with LGP’s OEM distribution agreements.
Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for clients, representing Luminis Technology’s value proposition and brand standards.
Collaborate with LGP leadership and OEM partners on pricing, proposals, contract terms, and deal structuring.
Coordinate with technical, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
Track and report on sales performance, pipeline health, and market feedback using LGP’s reporting tools and cadence.
Represent Luminis Technology at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed.
Provide market intelligence on the competitive landscape, pricing trends, and regulatory shifts to inform LGP’s broader go-to-market strategy.
What we're looking for
7+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial leadership, ideally in technology, automation, energy, or industrial equipment.
A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
An established network and credibility within Venezuela’s industrial, commercial, or institutional sectors.
Experience working with or selling on behalf of international OEMs or distribution partners is a strong plus.
Comfort operating remotely and autonomously, with strong self-management and reporting discipline.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Fluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English.
An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort building processes and relationships in a growing organization.
What LGP offers
The opportunity to lead commercial growth for a well-capitalized technology vertical backed by international OEM partnerships.
Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives.
Direct access to LGP leadership and a seat at the table in shaping market-entry strategy.
A remote-first role with flexibility to manage your territory and schedule.
A multidisciplinary, cross-border team spanning energy, technology, and industrial development.
Location & work arrangement
This position is fully remote and based in Venezuela. The Sales Director will work closely with LGP leadership and cross-functional teams across time zones, with periodic travel within Venezuela for client meetings and site visits as needed.
